Occupational Therapist - Home Care at Bay Care Health System

Bay Care Home Care is one of the largest home health providers in the Tampa Bay area, employing over 30,000 team members across 16 community-based hospitals, a long‑term acute care facility, outpatient centers, and home health services. We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality care in patients’ homes.

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment programs for patients based on their needs and the principles of Occupational Therapy.
• Provide appropriate clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain current BLS certification or complete Bay Care’s Basic Resuscitation Course (BRC).

• Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Driver’s License, State of Florida (must be active within 30 days of hire)

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Master’s in Occupational Therapy (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience (required)
• Preferred 1 year of Home Care experience
