Responsibilities

• Evaluating and developing plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology
• Conducting home visits and providing services based on plan of care
• Working in conjunction with other disciplines such as RNs, LPNs, therapy, etc.

Speech Therapist - Home Health Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology
• FL Speech Therapy License
• Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• 1 year of healthcare experience related to Speech Therapy
• Preferred:
  Home Care
