Joining Home Well Senior Care, Inc. as a Caregiver involves providing compassionate support to seniors and clients in their homes. You will help maintain their independence by performing a range of activities that support daily living, safety and health.

Paid by hour, rates vary by shift length and experience:

• 2‑hour shifts: $25.00 per hour
• 3‑hour shifts: $20.00 per hour
• 4‑hour or longer shifts: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour based on client care and years of experience
• 12‑hour shifts and overnights are available

We offer weekly pay every Friday and daily pay through Tapcheck. All caregivers receive paid orientation and training.

• At least 5 years of experience in the home care field
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain one with us
• Valid Florida driver’s license, car insurance and registration
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain one
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Availability to work at least 4 of the 8 weekend days each month

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with lifting, bending and transferring clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Help with meal preparation
• Remind patients to take medication
• Assist with personal care needs
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands
