Location: 6310 Health PWK, Suite 200, Lakewood Ranch, FL

Company: Manatee Physician Alliance, a multi‑specialty physician group offering Primary Care, Cardiology, General and Bariatric Surgery, and Orthopedics.

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physicians.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, perform venipuncture and other procedures within the scope of practice in the State.
• Document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record according to MPA guidelines.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Assist in front‑desk duties as required.
• Perform general medical procedures.
• Understand end‑of‑day cash balancing and charge reconciliation processes.
• Maintain excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel and work at other facilities as requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology required.
• Experience with patient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical experience preferred.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Detail‑oriented and thorough in completing work tasks.
