Job OverviewThe Hospital Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can balance operational excellence with compassionate, patient-focused service.
Responsibilities- Oversee hospital service operations and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and patient care processes efficiently.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, patients, and administrative teams.
- Support multiple hospital locations as required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
- Experience in renal care or dialysis management.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and accreditation processes.
- Multisite management experience.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to influence positive outcomes and build strong organizational relationships.
- Willingness to travel locally to cover multiple locations.
