Job Overview

The Hospital Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations. This role requires a strong leader who can balance operational excellence with compassionate, patient-focused service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee hospital service operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and patient care processes efficiently.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, patients, and administrative teams.
  • Support multiple hospital locations as required.
Primary Skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)
  • Experience in renal care or dialysis management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and accreditation processes.
  • Multisite management experience.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes and build strong organizational relationships.
  • Willingness to travel locally to cover multiple locations.
