This is a full-time role located in Bradenton, FL. The role involves assisting clients throughout the mortgage application and approval process, offering in-depth advice tailored to individual needs, and ensuring clients meet all compliance and documentation requirements. The role will require collaboration with various teams, maintaining current knowledge of industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Expertise in customer relationship management and providing outstanding client service
• Knowledge of financial products, mortgage underwriting requirements, and loan processes
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools to manage mortgage documents and data
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the mortgage, finance, or banking industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
