Location: Bradenton, FL — Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote)

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Build and enhance financial models, including models supporting recent acquisitions.
• Prepare presentations and analytical packages used for senior leadership and board discussions.
• Deliver customer profitability analysis aligned with emerging product or segment trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across finance and operations.
• Support transition activities tied to system and reporting enhancements.

• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel competency.
• Prior experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar strategic finance roles.
• Insurance industry experience required (carrier, brokerage, MGA, TPA, reinsurance, or similar).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with leadership.
