Associate Banker – Chase

Job Responsibilities- Deliver a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling or canceling meetings.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts and comply with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- E‑duate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, and ATMs to meet banking needs whenever, wherever and however they want.
- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Client‑first mindset: deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment.
- Trusted relationship builder: demonstrate genuine care and concern during client interactions.
- Client engagement: communicate clearly and politely to understand and assist clients, anticipating client needs.
- Issue resolution: quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
- Team collaboration: work collaboratively to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
- Rapid learning: quickly and accurately learn products, services and procedures.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
