Apartment Leasing ProfessionalJob Duties
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
- Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
- Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
- Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports長>
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Minimum 6–12 months of apartment leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with Yardi, One Site, or similar leasing software
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsティ>
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Temporary-to-permanent placement opportunities
