Post Tension Superintendent

Join a Leading Structural Restoration Team

We are seeking an experienced Post‑Tensioning & Waterproofing Superintendent to lead field operations on specialized structural repair and building envelope restoration projects across the country. This leadership role requires extensive travel and hands‑on oversight of post‑tensioned concrete repairs, waterproofing systems, and restoration crews.

• Lead and manage field crews performing post‑tensioned concrete repairs and waterproofing installations.
• Oversee structural concrete restoration, tendon repairs, anchorage replacements, and slab stabilization.
• Supervise installation of below‑grade, traffic‑bearing, and building envelope waterproofing systems.
• Ensure compliance with PTI repair protocols, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate daily site operations and serve as the primary liaison between field crews and project management.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address field challenges in real time.
• Maintain project schedules, production targets, and safety compliance.
• Travel frequently to job sites nationwide (typically Monday–Friday travel).

• PTI Certification required.
• Demonstrated experience with post‑tensioned concrete systems, tendon repair, stressing operations, and concrete restoration techniques.
• Experience with commercial waterproofing systems (traffic coatings, hot‑applied systems, sheet membranes, below‑grade waterproofing).
• Previous superintendent or leadership‑level experience in construction, restoration, or waterproofing.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
