Position

Executive Assistant to the General Manager & Human Resources

University Park Country Club is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and Human Resources Director in daily Club operations.

This role provides executive-level administrative support and assists with scheduling, communications, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and project initiatives across departments.

Position Highlights
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Director
  • Manage executive scheduling, communications, and presentations
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Maintain records and support internal project tracking
  • Assist with committee materials and operational initiatives
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • In-person (on-property)
Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role required
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing executive calendars, communications, and presentations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as recruitment or onboarding is a plus
  • Hospitality or private club experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
