PositionExecutive Assistant to the General Manager & Human Resources
University Park Country Club is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and Human Resources Director in daily Club operations.
This role provides executive-level administrative support and assists with scheduling, communications, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and project initiatives across departments.
Position Highlights- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Director
- Manage executive scheduling, communications, and presentations
- Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Maintain records and support internal project tracking
- Assist with committee materials and operational initiatives
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- In-person (on-property)
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role required
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing executive calendars, communications, and presentations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting HR processes such as recruitment or onboarding is a plus
- Hospitality or private club experience preferred
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
