Legal Assistant

Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal with real estate experience! The Paralegal will serve as the contact and complete paperwork in conjunction with the Attorney. Must be professional and have excellent customer service skills.

• 2 years minimum experience
• Examine title documents and clear title requirements
• Prepare Closing Disclosure statements/HUDS, title affidavits and other required documents necessary for closing
• Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties
• Perform general office functions, as needed
• Software skills necessary to provide services identified above
• High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills

• The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
