In our time of Company growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant
.
Work Location: Bradenton, Florida.
Responsibilities- Manages calendars for multiple stakeholders. Schedules and cancels meetings and revises calendar(s) based on priority and important changes.
- Coordinates travel arrangements.
- Produces, formats, and edits correspondence and documents.
- Creates and maintains necessary tracking/coordination of spreadsheets and other documents.
- Schedules department events, conference facilities, weekly/monthly department meetings, and coordinates orders of food where necessary.
- Type dictation and administrative correspondence as assigned, including meeting minutes and preparing informational packets.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks under minimal direction.
- Graduation from an accredited two (2) year college with a major in secretarial science, business administration, or related discipline.
- Requirements for education may be substituted for (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field, preferably in a healthcare organization.
- Must possess excellent skills in typing (50 wpm accurately).
- Must be proficient in the operation of a computer, calculator, copier, and other standard office equipment.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our patients and internal departments.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks and providing comprehensive support to our team members. This is a key role in coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and travel, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, this position includes preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies. The Administrative Assistant should have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
