Acumatica Consultant

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Acumatica consultant to join the team for 3-6 months! This role is fully onsite but open to a remote option for someone who has all the right experience.

• Support daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Acumatica Accounting
  , ensuring proper setup, usage, and optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Leadership, and other departments) to support accounting and reporting needs
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements within Acumatica
• Support or advise on Acumatica implementation, configuration, or post-go-live optimization (if applicable)
• Troubleshoot accounting and system-related issues and provide user guidance as needed
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices

• Senior-level accounting experience (public or private)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica Accounting
• Ability to work independently in a contract/consulting capacity
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

• Experience supporting ERP systems in a multi-department or service-based organization
• CPA or equivalent accounting credential (a plus, not required)
