8am–5pm, core hours Monday–Friday with the occasional weekend work (plus overtime)
Salary: £26,208 per annum

We currently have opportunities in:

• Ascot & BMW sites (near Bracknell) – priority area
• Liverpool
• Cambridgeshire

As a Site Operative, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — helping erect and dismantle temporary structures, supporting deliveries on site, and working closely with our Site Management teams to keep everything running smoothly. No two days look the same!

• Assist with erecting and dismantling temporary structures, flooring and interiors as directed
• Load and unload vehicles on site
• Work safely with or around plant equipment (e.g., Forklift, Telehandler, Scissor Lift) if certified
• Follow site plans under supervision and adhere to all site rules and safety procedures
• Act as a positive team member and support less experienced colleagues

• A great work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
• Someone physically fit and happy working outdoors in all types of weather
• Flexibility to travel and stay away when needed
• Good written and verbal English
• Good communication skills and punctuality
• Experience in construction or events is a bonus but not essential
• A positive attitude and desire to learn — full training provided!
