Overview

Responsive Repairs — We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.

We’re looking for an Advanced Multi-skilled Operative in the South-east region, based out of the Bracknell office. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of maintenance repairs/installations and capable of additional work within your skill set. Ideally proficient in plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and some external trades (roofing and brickwork).

• Carry out carpentry repairs and installations to Abri’s properties in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of customers.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality, right first time service and act as an ambassador for the organisation with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure customer service skills are top notch and strive to exceed expectations.
• Operate in accordance with good building maintenance practices.

Uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile, and necessary PPE. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
