Responsive Repairs

We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry and plumber repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Advanced Multi‑skilled Operative operating in our South‑east region, based out of our Bracknell office.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set. Ideally you will be proficient in plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and some external trades i.e. roofing and brickwork.

Working as a great team player, you’ll be carrying out work and installations to Abri’s properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

Your day‑to‑day tasks will include carrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high‑quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.

We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
