Were looking for Multi Skilled Operative to join Empty Homes team where youll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to Abri customers. Youll be working around Bracknell Windsor Slough Maidenhead and surrounding areas.
Working as a great team player youll be carrying out work and installations to Abris properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
Youll be a good communicator have an achievement based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previous experience is required.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so its very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.
Well provide you with your uniform a van including fuel card van vault racking and invertercompany tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. Youll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. Youll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving licence is a must!
In this role youll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your can do attitude to provide a high‑quality right first time service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
