• All local work - within an hour from home
• Join a team of 12 friendly, experienced sparks
• No micromanaging, no nonsense - just proper support and fair expectations

• £20+ph PAYE (Salary = £40,500-£46,000)
• Up to £6.5K extra in holiday pay if you're coming off CIS
• 36 days holiday (yes, really - no typo!)
• Company van + fuel card
