Electrician team

We are responsible for carrying out a 5 year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties including communal areas. We also carry out a repairs service for customers to keep homes up to a decent standard. The electrical team are also involved with the testing of our empty homes planned works (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades) and communal lighting upgrades.

• Carry out the 5 year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties.
• Provide repairs service to keep homes up to a decent standard.
• Test empty homes planned works (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades).
• Upgrade communal lighting.
• Complete work for customers quickly and to the highest standard.

• Full 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience of NICEIC certification or similar software equivalent.
• Full driving licence.
