Are you proactive, highly motivated, professional, and friendly? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Decorator
, working across Bracknell, Slough and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mould treatments, conducting ventilation surveys, and completing make‑good decoration work in our customers’ homes. Excellent customer service skills are essential: you must communicate clearly and regularly with customers, always aiming to go above and beyond.

As part of Abri’s Healthy Homes team, you will help ensure our customers have a safe and warm home and will champion best practices in building maintenance. Your daily tasks include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost‑effective delivery, and pre‑ordering materials when needed. You will keep customers informed of progress at every step.

You will be a brand ambassador for Abri, bringing a positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and delivering a high‑quality, ‘right‑first‑time’ service with a friendly and professional approach.

We will provide you with a uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, a company tablet & mobile, and the PPE you need. You must supply your own hand tools and power tools and be able to cover out‑of‑hours call‑outs on a rota basis; a clean driving licence is required.
