Location:
Bracknell (Office-based) FREE PARKING AVAILABLE Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 base | £55,000 – £65,000 OTE 10% accelerator The Opportunity A growing international SaaS company in the event and marketing technology sector is expanding its commercial team and hiring a Sales Development Representative . This role focuses on converting marketing and event-generated leads into qualified enterprise sales opportunities. This is not a high-volume call-centre SDR role .
You will engage decision-makers within large organisations and help open strategic sales conversations. You will work closely with the CEO and Sales Director , gaining direct exposure to experienced enterprise sales leadership. The Sales Environment The company uses a Challenger-led sales approach , supported by solution and enterprise selling techniques. You will gain experience in:
Engaging multiple stakeholders within large organisations Moving conversations up the corporate decision chain Positioning business value rather than product features Navigating enterprise buying groups and longer sales cycles This role suits sales professionals who want to move beyond transactional SDR work and develop enterprise sales capability .
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Following up marketing and exhibition leads Researching enterprise organisations and identifying buying groups Prospecting via phone, email and Linked In Engaging stakeholders across marketing, sales and operations teams Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the senior sales team Supporting pipeline development across US and UK markets Representing the company at industry events and trade shows What We're Looking For Essential 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR or business development roles Proven experience generating new business opportunities Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders Organised, resilient and self-motivated
Desirable Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions Exposure to enterprise or corporate customers Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling Career Development
This role offers a pathway into senior commercial positions within the business. Typical progression: SDR Account Executive / Senior Business Development Strategic Sales High performers can progress within 12–18 months , with senior roles offering OTE potential of £100k . You will also benefit from direct mentoring from the CEO and Sales Director .
