Immediate Start | £56,500+ OTE

, this is a rare opportunity to get in at the very start of a high-profile development in Bracknell -with strong earning potential, long-term security, and real progression.

This role isn't about inheriting someone else's pipeline. It's about shaping the success of a site from day one, being trusted to sell off-plan, and having the backing of one of the most established residential developers in the UK.

The Opportunity

We're recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant / New Homes Sales Advisor to join a 2-person site team on a brand-new development launch in Bracknell, Berkshire.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Selling homes off-plan and through live build

  • Managing the customer journey from first enquiry to reservation

  • Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal teams

  • Representing the development professionally at all times

This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking ownership.

About you

Essential:

  • Minimum 18 months' experience in new homes sales

  • Proven success selling off-plan properties

  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Knowledge of Bracknell or the wider Berkshire area

  • Experience working on complex or high-demand developments

Rota (3-Month Rolling Pattern)
  • Month 1:
    Tuesday & Wednesday off

  • Month 2:
    Thursday & Friday off

  • Month 3:
    Saturday & Sunday off
