We're recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant / New Homes Sales Advisor to join a 2-person site team on a brand-new development launch in Bracknell, Berkshire.
You'll be responsible for:
Selling homes off-plan and through live build
Managing the customer journey from first enquiry to reservation
Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal teams
Representing the development professionally at all times
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking ownership.
About youEssential:
Minimum 18 months' experience in new homes sales
Proven success selling off-plan properties
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Desirable (but not essential):
Knowledge of Bracknell or the wider Berkshire area
Experience working on complex or high-demand developments
