A wonderful permanent, part-time opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Invoicing Specialist to join Carla, Sam and the team in our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. One of Technogym's goals is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users". In this role you will contribute to this goal through the effective administration and communication around Aftersales chargeable works. A 'Day in the Life of' this role will include you assessing work orders against contract coverage, raising quotes and invoices, releasing work orders and managing all invoice/financial queries from customers.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, customer care and system administration will bring you success. The part-time hours are flexible and applications can be considered for 20-25 hours per week.
- Provide Customer first line support for all works in Technical, contracts and remarketing
- Accurate and timely generation of quotations and invoices for chargeable works applying any contractual discounts; within established SLA.
- Following up on quotes to ensure the customers' needs are met
- Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems at all time; updating customer contact details where required to ensure that future communications are delivered accurately.
- Accurately recording the customer Purchase Order details in the business systems
- Updating remarketing requests and updating all of progress
- Managing all invoice/financial queries from customers regarding their service and digital contracts, payments and costs
- Communicating with customers to ensure they are well educated on their contract coverage
- Assist with all other After Sales administrative tasks in line with demands
- Management of service orders and invoicing
- Management of service contract terms and conditions
- Problem solving and organizational skills

- Excellent customer care - verbal and written

- Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP is a plus
