Sales Negotiator – Sales Consultant

Location: Bracknell
Brand: Romans
Salary: up to £28,500 OTE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and maximise business opportunities.
  • Advertise properties, manage bookings and register applicants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
  • Introduce new business and build alliances with developers through active networking.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between client and vendor, sharing information.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills Required
  • At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Negotiation ability.
  • Tenacity and self-starter drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Responsive to change.
