• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the entrance doors.
• Focus on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Exhibit self‑motivation, resilience and a natural ability to communicate.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, resilient mindset.
