Jemca are offering a fantastic opportunity as a Smart Repair Technician to join our business based at our Toyota Bracknell dealership. This role would suit someone who is interested in developing their technical knowledge and efficient labour productivity.
As a Smart Repair Technician
, you will play an important role in achieving our organisational goals. You will be required to have a good all-round knowledge of the role, from alloy wheel to bodywork paint repairs. You should be highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload and able to work without supervision against a varied workload whilst continually exceeding customer expectations.
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in technical knowledge and efficient labour productivity.
This role would suit a Main Dealer qualified Technician who is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.
What We Need- Liaise with customers where appropriate.
- Where it is required, offer customers a detailed explanation in an easy-to-understand way.
- Listen to the customer and build rapport in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain new practices in order to optimize quality of service.
- Ability to take payment and raise relevant invoice.
- Relevant experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Must have experience working within a Main Dealer
- Hold a valid MOT Licence (Not essential)
- A clean, current driving licence
- 2 years previous experience
- Relevant experience in a Bodyshop environment.
- Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent basic salary, flexible depending on experience
