At Actegy, our software supports clinically proven, drug-free medical devices used by millions of people worldwide. That means clarity, traceability and quality aren’t just process requirements - they directly support safety, usability and trust.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a central role in our digital health development, working closely with software engineers, QA, UX, clinical and regulatory colleagues. Your focus will be translating user needs, clinical intent and regulatory constraints into clear, structured software requirements that teams can confidently build and test against.
Role and ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be working across mobile applications, cloud services and data-driven functionality, ensuring requirements are well-defined, traceable and aligned with MDR and FDA expectations. This is an environment where documentation matters, but it’s purposeful, supporting verification, validation and audit readiness rather than bureaucracy for its own sake.
You’ll operate within Agile delivery, helping teams balance pace with rigour, and supporting risk management, usability and compliance throughout the development lifecycle. As you build trust across disciplines, there’s real scope to influence how requirements are defined and governed across the wider digital ecosystem.
Qualifications and ExperienceGiven the regulatory environment and delivery timelines, we’re particularly interested in candidates with prior experience working within the medical devices industry. This will allow you to be effective quickly and confident navigating design controls, traceability and regulated software processes.
This is a hybrid role based in Bracknell, with three days a week in the office, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful products in a collaborative, highly capable team.
