As an End User Services Technical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the end user services for the EMEA region, including identity, messaging, digital workspace, and end user support. You will also act as a senior engineer within the EMEA team, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other engineers. You will work closely with the relevant architects in the US to ensure that EMEA is catered for in global service designs, and that the end user services are aligned with the business needs and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the end user services for the EMEA region, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Act as a senior engineer within the EMEA team, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to other engineers.
  • Work closely with the relevant architects in the US to ensure that EMEA is catered for in global system design, and that the infrastructure solutions are aligned with the business needs and standards.
  • Participate in various meetings with the US architecture team and End User Services Director to facilitate global system design and ensure strong working relationships are maintained.
  • Lead and participate in end user service projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Work with our offshore operations teams to monitor and report on the end user service performance, capacity, and availability, and propose improvements and optimizations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues related to the End User Services domain and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Support the research and evaluation of new technologies and solutions and provide recommendations and feedback to the US architects and the EMEA management.
  • Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and best practices for end user service management, security, and governance.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the End User Support team and other stakeholders as needed.

You will report to the IS Manager for EMEA, and collaborate with other technical leads, engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.
