CRM Support & Systems Analyst /p>
Bracknell (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)
£38,000 per annum
Key responsibilities include: ul> li>Providing technical CRM/application support and managing incidents and service requests li>Troubleshooting system and data issues and working with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to resolve them li>Supporting system and process improvements through business analysis and change delivery li>Maintaining data quality and supporting system administration activities li>Creating user training materials and delivering system training sessions /ul> p>
