Overview

A natural ability to interact with all types of people, use effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service; a passion for leisure, fitness and customer service; an ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them; a drive to achieve and exceed targets; and a team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments.

You will showcase our facilities to potential new members, get to know what they’re looking for and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven. You will meet potential new members by phone or in person, give them a grand tour of the club, match their individual needs to the facilities we have on offer, and advise on additional products and services to help them smash their fitness goals.

• Showcase facilities to potential new members and build relationships within the leisure team and other departments.
• Engage with potential new members by phone or in person, conduct club tours, and identify how our facilities meet their objectives.
• Advise on additional products and services to support members’ fitness goals.
