rs for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with the same shifts applying on weekends.

• Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers
• Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
• Supporting key customers to set personalised goals in
