At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded
** FP&A Controller
** to support our Peripherals and Services Sub Business Units (SBU's), while also providing wider FP&A support across the Endpoint organisation. You will lead key planning cycles, deliver high‑quality financial insights, and influence senior stakeholders through strong analysis and forward‑looking modelling. This isn’t just about providing broader support—it’s about actively partnering with the business, identifying opportunities, and driving actionable insights.
** What You’ll Be Doing*
* * Lead the AOP and forecasting cycles for your SBU's; consolidate and challenge business submissions.
* Build and maintain forward‑looking financial models to support strategic decisions.
* Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and board‑ready presentations.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across Peripherals, Services, and wider business teams.
* Monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
* General FP&A
** What You’ll Bring

* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Strong FP&A experience in a medium/large organisation.
* Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Confident communicator able to influence senior leaders.
* Proactive mindset
* Detail Orientated
* Strong Excel skills
* SAP/TM1 experience is a plus.
* Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
