Key Responsibilities:
Manage consultant teams, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation Lead design team meetings with stakeholders and subcontract designers Oversee design submissions for planning, building control, and approvals Ensure compliance with BREEAM, building regulations, and relevant legislation Provide design input into procurement packages and technical queries Drive buildability, value-engineering, and programme alignment Support company quality, environmental, and safety procedures Ideal Candidate:
