to join our team, delivering engaging outdoor learning sessions during the school day and running after-school clubs.
Winkfield St Mary's CofE Primary School

As Bushcraft & Allotment Leader, you will:
- Plan and deliver structured, safe, and engaging bushcraft and allotment-based learning sessions for small groups of children aged 4–11
- Lead outdoor activities such as shelter building, nature exploration, tool-based tasks, and seasonal planting, growing, and harvesting in the school allotment
- Encourage environmental awareness, healthy eating, and sustainable practices through hands-on gardening and outdoor learning
- Ensure all activities meet health & safety, legislative, and safeguarding requirements
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive outdoor learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience delivering outdoor learning, bushcraft, or gardening/allotment activities with children
- Enjoys working in a child-centred, values-led school environment
- Is a team player who can also work independently
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils
