Curriculum Leader – PE

What skills and experience we're looking for

Required for September 2026, a dynamic Curriculum Leader of PE, working in an excellent department in an ‘outstanding’ school. The department consistently achieves high standards in all Key Stages with good value-added results. There is very good provision for Post 16 and the subject is popular with A level students.

Ranelagh is an 11‑18 co‑educational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had five ‘outstanding’ OFSTED reports, with Grade 1 across all areas, but we are not complacent and as such the provision for professional learning and development is something of which we are all very proud.

Potential candidates may wish to know that our admissions policy enables the school to prioritise the admission of children of staff recruited to posts in which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.
