Full‑Time Role – Immediate Start

A supportive and inclusive specialist school in Bracknell is seeking an SEN and Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 and group support across SEN and mental health needs
  • Helping students regulate emotions and build emotional resilience
  • Supporting communication, independence, and engagement in learning
  • Implementing behaviour support and wellbeing strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and pastoral teams
