Telephone Advice Assessor

Would you like to help people access trusted, free and impartial advice when they need it most?

Citizens Advice East Berkshire is looking for a Telephone Advice Assessor to join our Advice Service team. You’ll be supporting clients over the phone, helping them understand their options and take practical next steps during challenging times.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service or call handling experience who is approachable, non judgmental and motivated by making a positive difference in the local community.
