Overview

Operations & Compliance Manager

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £35,000–£45,000

Hours: 8am–5 : 30pm (early finish Friday 3pm)

Benefits: 25 days holiday, annual performance bonus

ReeVR Talent is a specialist STEM recruitment business based in Bracknell and we’re on a rocket fuelled growth trajectory. In just 17 months, we’ve grown to 14 talented consultants and we’re just getting started. With ambitious plans, we’re looking for an Operations & Compliance Manager to help take our business to the next level.

This is not your standard ops role. We move fast, think big and want someone with energy, ideas and drive. You’ll be a key hire, shaping how we operate day today, improving efficiency, introducing structure and making sure compliance, HR and reporting processes keep pace with our growth.

Whether you’re a recruiter ready to step into a broader operational role, someone already in ops or compliance looking for a bigger challenge or even from a professional services background, this role offers scope, responsibility and a chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do Operational Excellence
  • Streamline processes across consultants, suppliers and internal operations to support rapid growth
  • Design and deliver KPIs, dashboards and reports to track performance, revenue and productivity
  • Analyse data and recommend practical, actionable improvements
Supplier Management
  • Own supplier relationships, contracts and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance and service level delivery across all third-party partners
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment legislation, GDPR, AWR and industry best practices
  • Own candidate, client and internal compliance processes
  • Prepare the business for audits and industry accreditation
HR & Internal Systems
  • Formalise and improve HR processes, from onboarding to performance tracking
  • Implement systems and controls to ensure consistency across the business
Office & Operations Management
  • Oversee smooth day to day operations and office systems
  • Manage operational suppliers, CRM / ATS, software licenses and IT support
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations, compliance or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment legislation, GDPR and compliance requirements
  • Experience designing KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance dashboards
  • Commercially minded, process-driven and organised
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of operational challenges
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
