Location:

This role will work on‑site at a 3M office in Bracknell, UK, Neuss, Germany, Cergy, France, Pioltello, Italy or Madrid, Spain. The employee will work at least four days per week in the office. Travel may include up to 5% within the responsible region across Europe.

Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager supporting the Amazon business across Europe, you will drive the growth of 3M’s Consumer Business Group (CBG) with one of our most strategic customers. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local cross‑functional teams and contribute to high‑impact commercial initiatives.

Here, You Will Make An Impact By Strategic & Commercial Leadership
  • Contribute to the Account Strategy Plan by identifying growth opportunities and risks aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and execute business plans and demand‑generation initiatives to accelerate category and portfolio performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive online marketing campaigns—from concept to performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with media agency partners to implement on‑site merchandising and advertising strategies.
  • Manage the Amazon Events Calendar, including timelines, forecasts, budgets, and negotiation of participation and funding.
  • Partner with Amazon Vendor Services and coordinate with internal teams across countries and business units to support long‑term commercial development.
  • Drive POS and Net Sales growth while ensuring responsible and efficient budget management.
Operational Excellence
  • Monitor daily sales performance, traffic trends, and key KPIs, identifying deviations and initiating timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure catalog health, including product setup, pricing accuracy, content quality, and availability across platforms.
  • Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring flawless execution of deals, coupons, and onsite activations.
  • Perform regular audits of digital shelf visibility (search ranking, buy box, content compliance) and coordinate fixes with internal and external partners.
  • Follow up with Amazon Vendor Services and agency teams on operational tickets, action items, and campaign performance updates.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly business performance summaries, delivering insights to internal stakeholders across markets and business groups.
Your Skills And Expertise
  • Degree or higher preferably in a business subject or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience working with e‑commerce platforms.
  • Regular e‑shopper, preferably an Amazon Prime customer, with strong understanding of the digital marketing environment and the Amazon business model.
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales B2C, with knowledge of performance marketing, conversion rate, and traffic optimization.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to work with extensive data sets.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
