- Support the Head of Business Administration with the implementation of new administration methods and digital systems.
- Assist the management team with recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to the Business Administration Managers across Oakland Care's portfolio of homes.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in office administration.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
