We’re looking for a highly skilledTransport Managerto oversee the logistics and movement of our GT3 race cars and our expanding fleet of high-end luxury vehicles—including historic and modern Formula 1 cars.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the transportation of race cars, equipment, and luxury vehicles worldwide.
• Coordinate logistics for race weekends, test sessions, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, customs documentation, and carnet requirements.
• Manage vehicle loading, unloading, and secure storage procedures.
• Maintain transport fleet condition, servicing schedules, and documentation.
• Liaise with team management, engineers, and external partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Supervise drivers and support staff during travel operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in motor sport logistics or high-end vehicle transport.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of European transport regulations and carnet processes.
• Experience handling GT3, F1, or luxury vehicles is highly desirable.
• Clean UK driving licence (HGV Class 1 preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
