This opportunity is ideal for a senior nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership. You’ll play a key role in a luxury nursing home, supporting high standards of care, compliance, and staff development.

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Experience working within a nursing home environment.
• Senior nursing experience (e.g. Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse).
• Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and compliance
  .

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards.
• Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement.
• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards.
• Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff.
• Work closely with management to support safe, effective service delivery.
