Our client is looking to hire a Head of Business Systems to join their well-established organization. Established for 40 years, our client has expanded to a global scale with hundreds of locations.

Note: This role requires 5 days a week office attendance.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing the organization’s IT software & implementation vision, aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency, and translating this into actionable goals.
  • Managing the implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT business management systems.
  • Streamlining deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Overseeing the development and enhancement of systems, integrating new systems with existing ones.
  • Providing technical direction and support, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including systems manuals, license agreements, and records of modifications and upgrades.

  • Seasoned IT Manager/Director
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end software implementations
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops practices
  • Experience with solutions such as:
    • SIMPRO
    • Work Pal
    • Fathom
    • Xero

    • Dynamics 365 Finance
