Location: Belgrade, MT, USA

Employment Type: Hourly, In‑Person

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Pay: $26 an hour

Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, in‑person position. During peak retail and holiday seasons, employees may be required to work more than 40 hours per week. This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

The Fulfillment Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of order fulfillment, returns processing, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and care.
• Generate shipping labels and manage order flow using shipping software.
• Ensure all packages meet company standards for presentation and protection during transit.
• Monitor incoming orders to ensure prompt shipping.

• Receive, inspect, and process returned items according to set procedures and standards.
• Evaluate product condition to determine eligibility for restock.
• Accurately document returns and communicate discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Repackage and return items to inventory when applicable.
• Respond to customers regarding return refusals.

• Inspect products during picking, packing, and returns processing.
• Report any quality issues and collaborate with management to set corrective action.

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Restock shelves, bins, and packaging materials as needed.
• Assist with routine inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and products up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks associated with order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
