We’re seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured, tight‑knit team and add value to the development and expansion of our Residential Service and Retrofit department. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• $50–65/hour plus industry‑leading commissions and performance incentives.
