Pay range varies by role and experience:
$50-65/hour plus industry leading commissions and performance incentives.

Lead our Residential Service & Retrofit Department at Comfort System's of Montana in Bozeman, MT as we continue to expand into the residential HVAC space, a unique opportunity to be at the beginning for something special!

We re seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured, tight knit team and to add value to the development and expansion of our Residential Service and Retrofit department. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture within a well-established company. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
