Join the High Camp team and help drive the expansion of our wholesale channel as an Inside Sales Specialist. Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation & Prospecting:
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Strategically prospect and develop new accounts within key industries, including wine and spirits, gift, hospitality, specialty including outdoor, fish, hunt and lifestyle.
- Manage and qualify all inbound wholesale inquiries, effectively converting leads into enduring retail partnerships.
- Travel to attend trade and regional events and account visits as applicable.
- Account Management & Presentation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, presenting High Camp’s product features, brand story, and wholesale programs through virtual meetings, phone, email, and at industry trade shows.
- Provide expert product knowledge, offer tailored assortment and merchandising recommendations, and deliver essential marketing support to our retail partners.
- Support seasonal sales campaigns, promotions, and ensure diligent follow-up after trade events.
- Cross-trained to assist with corporate and broker sales channels.
- Operations & Administration:
- Ensure all sales activities, pipeline progress, forecasting, and reporting are accurately maintained within applicable systems.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for custom orders, including mock‑up coordination, order processing, fulfillment, and customer service resolution. 1
- Be cross‑trained to support general dealer and customer service needs as required by the business.
- Execute special projects as directed by sales management.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude working on a small team cross functionally with a rapidly growing brand. We don’t say “that’s not my job,” around here. We jump and help each other out.
- Adaptability and flexibility to quickly changing environments.
- A minimum of 2+ years of successful inside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience with a desire to grow into a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, professional presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in managing accurate records, forecasting, and pipeline tracking using CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Experience with B2B platforms such as Shopify, Nu Order, Elastic.
- Ability to sell and manage customization programs.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with in the outdoor, beverage, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience working with and managing key accounts, including experience with EDI, reporting metrics and dealing with more complicated account requirements.
- A genuine passion for the outdoor lifestyle, craft beverages, or premium consumer goods.
