Bozeman, Montana
Here in Montana, powersports aren’t just a hobby—they’re a way of life. From tearing up trails in the mountains, to carving fresh lines on the sled, to hauling gear across the ranch or checking fence lines on a side‑by‑side, our customers count on us to keep their machines running strong. As Bozeman’s trusted powersports dealership, we’re all about fueling adventure and supporting the hard‑working folks who rely on their equipment day in and day out.
The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a parts counter person who can connect with all kinds of customers—from weekend warriors to farm and ranch families. You’ll be the go‑to person in our parts department, making sure bikes, sleds, ATVs, and UTVs get the care they need. If you’ve got a friendly personality, solid organizational skills, and a passion for both the ride and the rural lifestyle, you’ll fit right in.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and find the parts/accessories they need.
- Answering phone calls, walk‑in customers, and getting parts to our service department for repair order needs will be your primary duties.
- Be the communicator—explain what parts needed, how much it’ll cost, and when the expected timeframe of arrival is on special orders.
- Some shipping/receiving help will also be needed at times.
- Recommend maintenance, accessories, or upgrades to keep machines reliable on the ranch and ready for adventure.
- Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
- Make sure every customer leaves confident they talked to a specialist that knows/understands their machine and needs.
- Some parts department working knowledge helps (powersports, automotive, ag, or marine a plus).
- Strong communication and people skills—you’re approachable whether someone’s in riding gear or ranch boots.
- Familiarity with powersports equipment, ranch work vehicles, or a willingness to learn fast.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Computer and dealership management system skills.
- Competitive pay with commission/bonus opportunities.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Employee discounts on gear, apparel, and parts.
- Ongoing training and career growth opportunities.
- A team that shares your passion for riding, the outdoors, and the Montana lifestyle.
If you love powersports, respect the ranching way of life, and enjoy helping people keep their machines in top shape, we’d love to have you on our team. Apply today and let’s keep Montana rolling—on the trails, in the mountains, and out on the ranch.
