Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $25 – $38 per hour
• Performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
